The IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society Women in Engineering initiative is committed to fostering collaboration and engagement and empowering women in the fields of dielectrics and electrical insulation. As part of a global community dedicated to advancing research and applications in dielectric materials, insulation systems, and emerging technologies, DEIS WIE seeks to support women at every career stage through mentorship, networking, and professional development. WIE also collaborates closely with DEIS Young Professionals and technical committees to promote interdisciplinary connections and amplify the visibility of contributions in the field.
